News on Sutton Town Centre

We were delighted to receive over 800 responses on Sutton town centre within the Sutton 2031 consultation. The responses received from the Sutton community are already providing us with a strong steer and definitive direction of travel in re-working the Masterplan.

The final Masterplan for Sutton town centre will be reviewed by The Housing, Economy and Business Board in June 2016 for adoption by the council. At this point, when a formal response to every issue and option raised has been agreed we will publish our responses on the council website and alert all those who took part, and provided contact details, that they are available to view.

Alongside re-working the Masterplan we are creating a programme of delivery to map out  how the objectives detailed in the plan will be achieved, Watch this space.
